  • Evolution of the "Metal ADV" module for machining Post and Core

A few months ago, you discovered our "Metal ADV" option for the production of inlay-cores and telescopes directly in Chrome Cobalt. With the development of a new machining strategy, PicaSoft offers you an evolution of this module. Indeed, a step has been added, so you can select the passage of the key to machine keyed inlay-cores.
As a reminder, this option permanently eliminates the casting operation, which allows 100% digital manufacturing.
The "Metal ADV" option costs € 1,200 including tax. But if you already have this module and you are up to date in your maintenance contract, this new strategy is free. If you want more information or if you want to purchase this module, please contact us on 02 48 51 98 48.

  • Manufacture of inlay-cores in fiberglass discs

This new path gives laboratories that machine soft materials the opportunity to have, free of charge, a strategy for machining inlay-cores without metal and in a new material: fiberglass. You will get a very good quality result.
This strategy is available as standard in all versions of Mayka Dental 6.
